How It Works

The first thing you will need to do is register as a member of Bayload. It is free and very easy. You do not have to supply any sensitive information, just select a username and password, and enter an email address where Bayload (and only Bayload) can contact you. 1. How do I get an item picked up and delivered for me?

If you are a registered member of Bayload and logged in, simply click on the "Post A Load" sign at the top of the page. Once you have entered the details of the item that you are needing hauled (weight, height, ect..) your item is logged into our database where travelers can find your load.

2. If I am traveling somewhere, how do I find a load to haul?

Simply click on the "Find A Load" sign at the top of the page. You can search for items to haul by selecting states, or you can find items a certain number of miles off your planned route. This will allow you to find loads that meet your criteria, and also allow you to contact the owner to settle on a price to haul the item.

3. If I have the ability to haul items, how can Bayload notify me of new items that need to be hauled in my area?

If you are a registered member of Bayload and logged in you can click on the "Haulers" sign at the top of the page. This will allow you to fill out a form with the details of your hauling capabilities. Your ability to haul loads will then be logged into our database and whenever a new item needs to be hauled in your area you will be automatically notified via email with a direct link to the details of the load.
